Strata
Strata builds through accumulation, with distinct bands of color appearing to settle one upon another. Blue and turquoise give way to ochre, yellow, deep red, and green within an enclosure of brown, black, and gray, creating a compact vertical sequence of layers. Changes in density, texture, and transparency keep the individual passages distinct while allowing them to read as parts of a larger structure—one shaped gradually through deposition and change.
